Boston Commons 101 is an oceanfront condo in a 5-unit building with a fantastic view of the beach! This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo is located on the 1st floor (the building is lifted so there is a flight of stairs up to the 1st floor). There is access to the private oceanfront balcony from both the living room as well as the master bedroom. The living room has a flat-screen TV . Each bedroom also has its own flat-screen TV and cable box. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, utensils, dishware, and cookware. Need to wash clothes? There is a full-sized washer and dryer in the unit.
AMENITIES
Boston Commons has an indoor heated pool as well as an elevator to help ease the trouble of carrying luggage in and out. There is a picnic and grilling area where you can eat and watch the sunset on the ocean! Enjoy the sun with the spacious outdoor family area where you can play bocce ball, cornhole, horseshoes, and ladder ball (we rent these items for a nominal fee!). Wireless internet and basic cable is included.
PARKING
1 assigned parking space - motorcycle friendly, but no trailers and no golf carts allowed. There are also 3 additional “open” parking spaces shared amongst 4 units; first come first served.
