Information
All our accommodations are privately owned residences and are fully equipped for your convenience. Please help respect the owner's property and do not remove any articles from the unit. Each owner takes pride in providing a well equipped unit for your stay. All decor is that of the owner's choice.
- Rental Week: From Saturday to
Saturday between April and September. There is a 3 night minimum stay during the rest of the year.
- Check-In: Between 3:00 pm and
5:00 pm. You must stop by the office to
register and receive the keys. Please
notify the office if you will be arriving
late so specific arrangements can be
made.
- Check-Out: Before 10:00 am on
departure date. Key drop is at the
office.
- Payments: Reservations
require an advance deposit of one half
the rent within 14 days of making a
reservation: Full payment (including
balance of rent, accommodation
tax, reservation fee and security
deposit) is due 30 days prior to
arrival. In addition, a refundable damage deposit is required. Personal checks are only accepted up to 30 days prior to arrival.
- Cancellation Policy: Refunds
will be made only if rental unit is
re-rented, less a re-rent fee of 20%. Tentative reservation deposits
are nonrefundable. We do offer travel insurance; call for details.
- Pets: Sorry, no pets are
allowed in rental units or on grounds.
- Smoking: All rental units are non-smoking. You will be billed for odor removal if you smoke inside the property.
- Reservation Fee: A
reservation fee of $25.00 will be
charged for each reservation made.
- Damage Deposit: Will be
refunded 30 days after departure only if
unit is found in satisfactory condition.
- Occupancy: Limited to the number shown on this site and in the brochure. This is strictly enforced.
- House Parties: Groups under age 25 are NOT allowed, with or without chaperones, and
will require eviction without any
refund.
- Fireworks: Are strictly
prohibited.
- Housekeeping: Is included in the weekly rate but will be an additional expense on nightly reservations.
Vacation Tips
What to Bring: These items are NOT provided by the owner or our office.
- Linens (sheets, pillow cases, extra blankets, bath/beach towels, kitchen towels) unless you will be ordering these items from our office.
- Kitchen extras such as salt, pepper, sugar, coffee filters, paper towels. Dishes and cookware ARE provided.
- Toilet paper, toiletries, laundry soap, cleaning supplies, and coat hangers.
- Beach / pool equipment, camera and film,
reading material and toys, sunscreen and
sunglasses
- Travelers checks, cash, credit cards
Upon Arrival:
- Each accommodation has at least one
parking place and may be assigned. If
you have more than one vehicle please
notify the office so we can try to accommodate
your needs.
- Absolutely no charcoal grilling on
decks or balconies.
- Linens are not furnished. If you
wish to rent linens, please notify the
office two weeks in advance.
- Rearranging furniture is not
allowed, and may result in a set up
charge.
Upon Departure:
- Remove all food from the rental unit.
- Wash all dishes, wipe stove, empty
dishwasher, empty trash into outside
containers.
- Return keys
to the office and report any problems.
- If you rented linens please put them back in the bag and set inside the entrance door. Please place any additional rented items inside the entrance door as well, unless they are to large to move safely.

Funds received by agent under this agreement shall be applicable to cancellation policies. While such funds are in agent's possession, any earnings derived from these funds shall belong to the agent.
